My Belly

I miss my belly. I miss balancing a pizza box on it when watching sports at home, and I miss resting my arms on it when having a snooze.

I don’t miss my belly. I don’t miss it being the first thing I notice when I looked in the mirror, or how it made all my clothes look ill-fitted and tight.

I love my belly now. I don’t eat so many pizzas, and I am as likely to be doing sport as watching it.

I love my belly more. I enjoy seeing myself in the mirror, and seeing a muscle tone that I thought lost to the ages, and I now have a new wardrobe set that I would never have considered wearing before, baring my arms and showing my midriff – and tight in all the right ways!

Getting firmer, slimmer, more toned and feeling great!
